Let's first see the unseen pathways that are reinforcing your feelings of discomfort.

Let's first see the unseen pathways that are reinforcing your feelings of discomfort.
Link the emotions that have been unexpressed or suppressed and how they are sensations in the body. Create safety and ease in the body by a process of feeling. not thinking. Change the experience of the sensations in the body.
Together, we’ll build new neural pathways that gradually free you from pain patterns and expand what’s possible.
You’ve seen multiple specialists, tried medications, therapies, and alternative treatments. Yet your chronic pain, fatigue, digestive issues, or anxiety continue to disrupt your life.
A 2023 Washington University study confirmed that mind-body connections are built into the very structure of the brain, linking areas that control movement, thinking, and vital functions such as heart rate.
So when your nervous system becomes hypervigilant due to stress, trauma, or personality traits like perfectionism, it creates physical warning signals. By understanding and rewiring these neural pathways, nearly two-thirds of patients with chronic pain became pain-free.
This tells us that cultivating a mind-body model can help you find relief and wholeness that may have seemed impossible before.
I’m here to show you how.
I pursued additional training in specialized mind body medicine to fill a critical gap in traditional care. This approach transformed my own health journey, my patients’ lives, and the way I think about health. I believe everyone deserves the tools to understand their body and their healing potential.
I offer personalized one-on-one sessions blending neuroplastic pain recovery with mindfulness & compassionate care. Together, we’ll uncover the unconscious patterns maintaining your symptoms, address emotions that may contribute to your pain, and repattern your nervous system.
You’ve never stopped seeking answers. It’s time to explore a different path.

Relief starts with a deep understanding of your subconscious. Together, we’ll build new neural pathways that gradually free you from pain patterns and expand what’s possible.
I’m here to guide you along your journey through neuroplastic pain recovery.
Would you believe my path to becoming a pain specialist started with French Literature? It’s true—before devoting myself to medical textbooks, I would get lost in novels, fascinated by how they revealed our innermost thoughts and unconscious motivations. This gifted me a deep appreciation for the stories we tell ourselves about our bodies and our pain—something I carried into my medicine journey to this day.
When I became a family physician, I loved seeing the whole picture of patients’ lives. But I noticed a pattern: conventional treatments were leaving many chronically ill patients without clear answers or support. Then, my own experience with persistent pain became the catalyst for a deeper journey.
Determined to get to the root of my symptoms, I spent two years training with Dr. Andrew Weil, the father of Integrative Medicine (IM). Things finally started clicking, so I devoured everything I could about neuroplasticity, the mind-body connection, and pain science. I mastered techniques like Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy. and even became a certified mindfulness mentor and meditation teacher.
Today, I put all my training to work to help people reconnect with their bodies, find freedom from chronic pain, and heal.
Some clients notice meaningful shifts in their pain or symptoms within just a few sessions, while others need more time as their nervous system learns to establish new patterns. Most people begin experiencing noticeable improvements within 4-8 sessions, especially when consistently practicing the tools we develop together.
Remember that you didn’t develop these neural pathways overnight, so rewiring them will take dedication. But unlike treatments that require lifelong management, the skills you learn become yours forever, creating lasting change that continues long after our work together ends.
Please continue following your doctor’s guidance with all medications. Mindbody connection therapy works alongside conventional treatment, not as a replacement. The work we do together complements your current medical care.
